LDPE / LLDPE Recycling Lines

Alka Industry establishes high-efficiency and turnkey facilities in the field of LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) and LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) recycling systems with its engineering solutions developed for the recovery of flexible plastic waste. Systems designed especially for film, bags, stretch, shrink, and industrial packaging waste are engineered in line with export-oriented production infrastructures.

LDPE / LLDPE recycling lines consist of pre-sorting and feeding, metal separation, shredding (shredder & agglomerator), pre-washing, friction washing, float–sink separation, mechanical and thermal drying, and extrusion and pelletizing stages. Line designs are specifically optimized by taking into account the low density and high surface area characteristics of film-based materials.

Thanks to advanced filtration and degassing units used in the systems, printing inks, organic residues, and moisture are kept under control. The resulting rLDPE / rLLDPE granules achieve reusable quality for film extrusion, bag production, and industrial packaging applications with stable melt flow, low moisture content, and a homogeneous granule structure.

Alka Industry prioritizes the principles of energy efficiency, closed-loop water recovery systems, and waste minimization in recycling facilities. The installed LDPE / LLDPE recycling lines contribute to reducing the carbon footprint while complying with international environmental standards and the technical requirements of export markets.

With an end-to-end service approach covering engineering, equipment supply, line layout, automation integration, commissioning, and operator training, the goal is to ensure that LDPE / LLDPE recycling investments are sustainable, efficient, and long-lasting.
