PP Recycling Lines

Alka Industry provides high-efficiency, modular, and turnkey solutions for PP (Polypropylene) recycling systems with its engineering and project experience in industrial plastic recycling. The systems are designed for the recovery of PP waste originating from injection molding, thermoforming, and blow molding processes, as well as industrial production scrap.

PP recycling lines consist of pre-sorting and feeding, metal and foreign material separation, shredding (shredder & granulation), hot–cold washing, friction washing, float–sink separation, mechanical and thermal drying, and extrusion and pelletizing processes. Line designs are optimized based on product purity and process stability, taking into account the chemical and thermal properties of PP material.

Thanks to advanced filtration and degassing systems, oils, inks, organic residues, and moisture are effectively removed. The resulting recycled PP (rPP) granules achieve reusable quality for automotive, home appliance, packaging, logistics, and industrial plastic applications with a homogeneous granule structure, low moisture content, and stable melt flow characteristics.

Alka Industry prioritizes environmental sustainability criteria such as energy efficiency, water recovery, and emission and waste minimization in PP recycling facilities. The installed systems are designed to be fully compliant with international environmental standards and the technical requirements of export markets.

With an end-to-end service approach covering engineering, equipment supply, line layout, automation integration, commissioning, and operator training, the goal is to ensure that PP recycling investments become long-term, sustainable, and competitive.
